My programs

My leadership programs are specialised, experiential, and proven. Although the most popular core programs are listed below, much of my time and experience is spent developing the specific programs for individuals teams and leaders, usually in collaboration with Operational leaders and Human Resource experts.

Leadership Agility

How do we lead in today’s fast paced and ambiguous environment? A crucial capability is sense making, driven by curiosity and an ability to not rush to solution, and collaborating with others to develop new ideas and approaches. A rich simulation brings this ambiguous environment to life and individual feedback will help you to develop new skills.

 

The Resilient Leader

Building resiliency is an active process. Resiliency also takes a back seat for most leaders. This program will help leaders to build their own personal resiliency practice, based in neuroscience.

The Authentic Leader

This is highly-experiential program will help you to understand who you are as a leader and how you impact others. Rich in real-time feedback, it focuses on developing self awareness and resiliency so that you can connect positively with others through collaboration and coaching.

Coaching

Coaching is one of the most effective ways to develop as a leader. Access more than 20 years of coaching experience to develop yourself as a leader.
